Sally's Policy for Garage Sale Items

Sell your items the Sally way!
We know how hard it is to find the time, the energy and the good weather to hold a garage sale. Instead, just: (1) send us a picture, (2)full description, the (3)*shipping weight, the (4)price you want for it, your address and (5) zip code. We do the rest. For ONE BUCK your item will be displayed on our site for ONE MONTH.
When you submit an item for Sally to sell online, either by emailed picture, description & desired price, or by snail mail, you are responsible for and attest to the accuracy of your representation of each item. Descriptions must be honest, price should be fair, and shipping should not exceed normal dimensions. I will put my commission on TOP of your asking price, so be gentle! Please discuss all concerns with Sally, via EMAIL, BEFORE agreeing to display your items. The key is to take more than one photo of each item; Sally will size to suit.
*Unless Sally will be shipping the item to the buyer, please package the item carefully and weigh so each customer will know the shipping charges from your zip code to their zip code. The end customer pays for shipping, but if there is an overage of cost, the seller will absorb. You will be expected to ship your item within two business days after sale & to notify Sally that the package is on the way; confirmation receipt number from USPS or tracking number from UPS preferred.
Garage sale items are defined as: almost any items which you would normally display for a garage sale at your home. Examples: home decor items, vintage items, children's items, collectibles - and a thousand other items that I might never think of! Please consider expense to ship, as that will be a large factor in the final price. Local pickup can be specified for large items. Almost anything qualifies - remember the adage: one man's junk is another man's treasure! But please be very honest about the condition of your items. We're not looking for bottom dollar items - unique will sell every time!
If you agree to let us sell your items and accept any conditions pertaining to individual items, the following fees could apply to your item:

Insertion fees may be deducted from final payout, or billed separately if item does not sell. Final payout to seller will be paid through PayPal, via money order, or check. All buyer's checks must be processed before payout is released.
